Kim Barnes has been playing violin and fiddle for over three decades. She has toured the nation and been featured on PBS as part of the Celts.   She holds an MM from Belmont U in violin performance. She taught violin/fiddle at Belmont and Western Kentucky University. Kim currently teaches at KMS in Knoxville as well as serving as an Adjunct Instructor of Music at Johnson University.

Alan O.W. Barnes is a composer and multi-instrumentalist. He has written music for ads, films, live events, and albums. He’s performed in a wide variety of situations including festivals restaurants, churches, corporate events, and stadiums.

He was the head of the electric bass department at the Atlanta Institute of Music where he taught for 8 years, and currently serves as an Associate Professor of Digital Art at Johnson University.
